General Manager High Volume Hour QSR

Job Description

We're looking for a seasoned QSR operator who can take an already growing restaurant and continue pushing performance forward.

This is an opportunity for a proven QSR leader who knows how to build strong teams, drive sales, manage restaurant profitability, and maintain consistent execution around the clock.

What You'll Lead

As General Manager, you will take ownership of the restaurant's daily performance and lead the team toward continued growth.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading and developing the restaurant management team

• Recruiting, training, coaching, and retaining employees

• Driving sales and customer satisfaction

• Managing labor, food costs, and controllable expenses

• Reading and managing restaurant P&L performance

• Building effective schedules for a 24 hour operation

• Maintaining food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards

• Ensuring consistent execution across all shifts

• Developing future leaders within the restaurant

• Addressing operational challenges quickly and effectively

• Creating a positive and accountable team culture

What We're Looking For

• Proven General Manager experience in QSR

• Strong high volume restaurant background

• Experience leading a 24 hour or extended hour operation is highly valued

• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L and financial performance

• Experience managing labor, food costs, and staffing

• Proven ability to develop management teams

• Strong recruiting and retention skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Strong customer service mindset

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced operating environment
