As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing manufacturing operations and resolving issues

Coaching, training and mentoring employees

Creating and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demands

Determining labor and raw material requirements

Controlling inventory of finished goods and raw materials

Managing the supply chain to reduce manufacturing costs

Tracking, reporting and ensuring continuous improvement of key performance indicators

Controlling/reducing costs

Improving processes

Ensuring plant safety

To be considered for the Production Manager position you must have:

Excellent leadership abilities

At least 3 years of previous production and material planning/scheduling or supply chain experience in a manufacturing facility

A degree is preferred but not required

Have excellent communication, analytical and organization skills

Experience with SAP and Excel

Have strong inventory control experience

Key skills: SAP, Materials Management, Manufacturing
