Geniumz Inc., is looking for a Customer Service Professional for a large REMOTE call center operations. (Work from home opportunity)

Main responsibilities:

* Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.

* Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.

* Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.

* Get qualified for either sales, customer service and account management or technology related support.

Technical/Equipment Requirements:

* Hard-wired or digital phone line.

* Computer: Hard Drive (20 GB or more of available space; 60 GB or more of total space); Memory (4 GB of RAM or better); Operating System (Windows 7 or Windows 10 – some programs don’t support Windows 8).

* Internet: Min 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload.

* Monitors: dual monitors are recommended (not required).

Hiring Process & Associated Costs:

* Schedule and complete a phone interview.

* Register online.

* Complete: background check (free), voice assessment (free), and technical check (computer equipment check).

* Register for the class: $40-99 (reimbursable)

* Pay Rate: $7-10/hour.

* Available hours from 8 AM EST – 1:00 AM EST (Pick your hours schedule. Minimum required to complete 20 hours/week along with 4 hours on Saturday, Sunday or a combination of both and all Federal holidays).

Requirements:

* Complete online training classes in connection to the program and the client being support successfully.

* Great communication skills and ability to gather necessary information from the customers to help in resolving their concerns.

* Great organization skills.

* Ability to work independently and collaborate through online resources for help and support.

* Ability to operate a multi-line phone system as well as record data on several screens at the same time.

* Great at multi-tasking.
