Senior Web Application DeveloperAll Points is seeking a Senior Web Application Developer to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Chantilly, VA.

This role supports enterprise IT systems, applications, and mission-critical initiatives across a multi-enclave environment.

The selected candidate will contribute to the design, development, modernization, and sustainment of enterprise web applications used across law enforcement, intelligence, legal, and administrative communities.

These systems are critical to mission execution and require high-performing, secure, and scalable solutions.

As a Senior Web Application Developer, you will design, build, and maintain high-quality web-based applications supporting the forensic and investigative mission space.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, scalable, and secure solutions aligned with modern development standards and user requirements.Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise web-based applications using industry best practicesTranslate UI/UX designs into responsive, functional, and maintainable codePerform ongoing maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure system performance and reliabilityDevelop and maintain technical documentation for applications and environmentsConfigure and manage web application platforms and development toolsDevelop dashboards, reports, and enterprise search capabilitiesRecommend and implement software enhancements and system improvementsEnsure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standardsApply security best practices to protect web applications from vulnerabilitiesOptimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliabilityParticipate in Agile ceremonies including Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) eventsProvide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developersThis role operates within a SAFe Agile framework supporting multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).One ART focuses on enterprise search and data discoverabilityOne ART supports Global Mission Analytics (GMA) for data analysis, visualization, and mission insightCandidates must be comfortable working in a scaled Agile environment with cross-team collaboration and continuous delivery.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field11-14+ years of professional software development experienceExperience working within a SAFe Agile frameworkStrong experience developing complex web applications in enterprise or government environmentsProficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or ReactStrong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIsExperience with backend development using.NET (C#), Python, or Node.jsExperience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server)Experience implementing Section 508 accessibility requirementsStrong understanding of web application security principlesExperience optimizing performance and scalability of web applicationsGraphQLElasticsearchRabbitMQ, Redis, or other message broker technologiesContainerization (Docker, Kubernetes)CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practicesCloud platforms (AWS GovCloud, SC2S, C2S)Experience working in classified or multi-enclave environmentsU.S.

Citizenship required.

Active, current, and fully adjudicated DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) required.
