Job Description
The Behavior Technician plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality behavioral services across multiple settings, including home, clinic, and school environments. Reporting to a BCBA Supervisor or Clinical Director, the technician frequently travels to client sessions to implement intervention plans, collect data, and collaborate with clinical teams to support client progress.
Responsibilities
Collect and record accurate behavioral data during sessions
Implement intervention plans as directed by supervisors
Generate detailed behavior reports to monitor client progress
Collaborate with supervisors and team members for optimal service delivery
Document session activities and maintain organized records
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
Proficiency in data recording and analysis
Experience with behavioral intervention techniques
Strong communication and observation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Empathy, patience, and strong problem-solving skills
