Coverage needed per month (24hr / hourly shifts / shifts + call, etc):4 tens a week

• Frequency of any Call needed: Home call once a week.

• Schedule Details: (start / end times, days of the week, etc) 7am to 5pm 4 days a week Work Details:

• Support staff: One Anesthesia tech

• Department Description: 6

• Patient Volume: 200 a week

• Patient Age Group: 15-100

• EMR/Documentation System: EPIC

• Special Procedures/Unit Details: BREAD AND BUTTER, daily mix of general, obgyn, ENT, ortho
