Position: Construction Sales Trainee - Help homeowners with storm damage issues get a brand-new roof paid for by insurance.

Requirements

Previous sales or canvassing experience

Strong communication and people skills

Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners

Ability to climb a ladder and conduct roof inspections

Reliable transportation (car or truck required)

Responsibilities

Canvass neighborhoods to identify homes with potential storm damage

Perform roof inspections (training provided)

Speak with homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance claims

Present and sell roofing solutions

Complete paperwork

Compensation
