We are hiring a Non-CDL Yard Jockey/Switcher in West Jefferson, Ohio, with a pay rate of $24 per hour. This position offers a local role with no hauling involved, focusing solely on spotting. This is a TransForce opportunity, where you will receive real support from a dedicated team and be treated like a priority.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday nights, 7 PM - 5:30 AM

What You'll Be Doing

This role involves spotting only, with no hauling or loading/unloading required.

You'll be backing 48-53-foot trailers, so experience in this area is essential.

What You Need

Valid Driver's License

12+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable experience

Experience backing 48-53-foot trailers is a must

Valid DOT Med Card

Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)

Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
