Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery & Scrum Leadership

Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Act as a servant leader to 1-2 cross-functional Scrum teams

Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices and continuous improvement

Remove blockers and proactively manage dependencies across teams

Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication

Track project progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar Ecommerce Execution

Drive delivery of ecommerce initiatives such as product catalog, checkout, payments, promotions, personalization, and order management

Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlog, prioritize features, and define acceptance criteria

Ensure timely and high-quality releases aligned with seasonal retail cycles Required Qualifications

5-7+ years of experience in Scrum Master or Agile delivery roles in ecommerce environments

2+ years of project management experience i

Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and customer journeys

Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, etc.)

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment

Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in retail or fashion or ecommerce
