NEONATOLOGIST - LEVEL III NICU

Practice in a full-service Southeast regional referral center

Position Highlights :

Work-Life Balance:

18 weeks of service scheduled in 1-2 week blocks with flexibility based on desires of the provider

Overnight call from home with APP frontline support

Desirable Practice Setting:

Full-service Level III 34 bed NICU with full respiratory support capability

24/7 NICU coverage model with in-house APPs and physician backup

One of 14 NICHD funded practice groups in the country

Academic Affiliation:

Employed by University of Mississippi with faculty appointment

Occasional teaching of medical students, NP/PA students, and nursing learners

Virtual access to case conferences and educational resources

2-year mentorship from UMMC faculty with support for promotion and long-term development

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive Compensation: $270K+ annual compensation

Moonlighting Available: Add $29K with moonlighting opportunities
