Urologist Opportunity - $625K+ Potential $50K Sign-On Established Demand Louisiana

StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $450000.00 - $625000.00

AMN has been retained to identify a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join a growing, high-demand program based in southern Louisiana.

Compensation

Total income potential: $625K+

$50K sign-on bonus

$80K loan repayment

$60/wRVU + quality bonus

4 weeks PTO + CME allowance

Practice

Join 3 established urologists

High-demand practice with 1-2.5 month wait times

Approximately 800 wRVUs/month per provider

Mix of clinic, procedures, and surgery

Schedule

4-day clinic (Mon-Thurs)

Fridays for procedures/light clinic

Shared call (Q5 progressing to Q6) with post-call time off

Opportunity

Expand urology services in an underserved region

Regional outreach clinic in Morgan City (1-2 days/week)

Ideal Candidate

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology

Strong general urology skills

Team-oriented with an interest in growing a community-based program

Location
