The Onsite Coordinator (OSC) serves as the primary interface between business stakeholders (Application Managers) and the AMS delivery organization (SDM). This role is responsible for ensuring seamless request orchestration, SLA adherence, vendor coordination, and high-quality service delivery. OSC will directly reporting to SDM.
The OSC acts as an operational anchor, enabling Application managers to focus on strategic priorities while maintaining visibility, control, and accountability across all service requests and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all service requests, enhancements, and delivery updates.
• Ensure all incoming requests are logged, tracked, and managed through appropriate systems.
• Maintain end-to-end visibility of the request pipeline.
• SLA & Performance Management (At region level)
• Vendor & Operational Management - coordinate daily activities with AMS vendors and technical teams.
• Manage operational communications, reducing ad-hoc interruptions for Application managers.
• Ensure effective resource allocation in collaboration with offshore/AMS teams.
• Issue & Escalation Management (At region level) - act as the first level of escalation for delivery issues, delays, and quality concerns.
