Job Description: Paid College Intern: Development: Write clean, scalable code for front-end or back-end components using languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#. Debugging: Troubleshoot, test, and resolve software defects or performance issues in existing applications. Collaboration: Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and peer code reviews Documentation: Document technical processes, API endpoints, and code changes for team transparency.

Qualifications: Preferred Majors Candidates should be working toward a degree in one of the following fields or a related discipline: Software developer: Covers programming, logic, and systems analysis. Web developer: Focuses on web technologies, frontend, and backend development. Data Analytics, Analysis and Visualization: Focuses on data management and interpretation. Internship Commitment and Work Schedule Candidates should ideally be entering their junior year of college Interns may work up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum requirement of 20 hours per week. Work schedules are flexible; however, hours must fall between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Interns are expected to report on-site to an ODRC location for at least 75% of their total hours worked.
