This opportunity is ideal for engineers with experience in NAND Flash, SSD controllers, DRAM, memory controllers, storage ASICs, or related semiconductor technologies who are passionate about digital design, SoC architecture, and RTL development.
As part of our global engineering organization, you'll collaborate closely with teams across the United States, China, and Taiwan while contributing to complex, production-proven silicon designs.

What You'll Be Doing
Design and develop microarchitectures for high-performance, low-power SoCs
Implement RTL using Verilog/SystemVerilog
Participate in architectural planning, design reviews, and technical decision-making
Develop and optimize digital logic blocks for storage and memory-related products
Support SoC integration, including soft-IP RTL integration and hard-IP macro integration
Collaborate with verification, physical design, firmware, architecture, and product teams
Analyze performance, power, timing, and area tradeoffs
Support design bring-up and silicon validation activities
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) or closely related field
Minimum 1+ year of industry experience in semiconductor design
Experience with:
SoC Design
ASIC Development
RTL Design
Front-End Design
Digital Logic Design
Verilog and/or SystemVerilog
OVM and/or UVM Methodologies
Strong understanding of microarchitecture and digital design fundamentals
Experience taking RTL from specification through implementation
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative global engineering environment
Language Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
Ability to collaborate with engineering teams in China and Taiwan
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing products related to:
SSD Controllers
NAND Flash
DRAM
Memory Controllers
PCIe Storage
UFS
eMMC
Data Center Storage Solutions
High-Speed Digital SoCs
Experience with companies in the memory, storage, or semiconductor industries is highly desirable.
