Field Crew Helper – Striping, Sealcoating & Hydro Blasting (TRAVEL REQUIRED)

Pay: $16–$22/hr Full-Time Advancement Available

LMA Striping & Sealcoating is hiring serious workers only. This is a physical, travel-based position that includes hydro blasting, striping, and sealcoating work. Expect long hours, night work, and high standards.

If you show up, work hard, and learn fast — you will move up quickly.

If not — this is not the job for you.

This is NOT a desk job.

What You’ll Do

Assist with hydro blasting (paint removal & surface prep)

Sealcoating, striping, layout, signage & bumper installation

Work around high-pressure equipment (training provided)

Perform physical outdoor labor in all conditions

Travel regularly for jobs (company-paid hotel)

Schedule (Read This Twice)

Nights, weekends, and overtime are REQUIRED

Primarily out-of-town work

Long shifts are normal — this is production work

Pay & Benefits

$16/hr starting (entry-level)

Up to $19/hr+ based on performance

Paid travel & hotels

Paid time off

Raises are earned through performance — not time

Requirements (No Exceptions)

Valid Driver’s License

Reliable transportation to meeting location in Pass Christian

Ability to be on time, every time

Able to handle physical labor, long hours, and pressure

Transportation & Travel

Employees must report to the meeting location in Pass Christian

Crews travel together in company vehicles to job sites

No ride issues, no excuses
