You will bring deep expertise in Cisco Data Center, Branch, and Enterprise Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) technologies to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure that supports millions of customers and thousands of employees.

Your technical leadership and collaborative mindset will help shape the direction of our network engineering practice and elevate the capabilities of the team around you.Job responsibilitiesLead the design, engineering, and implementation of network infrastructure solutions for retail branch and data center environments, with a focus on Cisco technologies including Data Center, Branch, and Enterprise SD-WANDrive customer intake refinement and requirements grooming, partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure technical solutionsDevelop and enforce implementation standards to ensure consistency, security, and compliance across all network deploymentsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and professional growthOversee end-to-end project delivery across requirements gathering, solution design, engineering, testing, and deployment phasesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, operations, security, and business partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of network initiativesEvaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that enhance network performance, reliability, and resilienceDevelop and maintain technical documentation including design standards, implementation guides, and operational proceduresParticipate in incident management and root cause analysis, driving timely resolution and preventive measures for network-related issuesSupport capacity planning, performance optimization, and lifecycle management of network infrastructureRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsFormal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering with a focus on Cisco Data Center, Branch, and Enterprise SD-WAN technologiesDemonstrated experience designing and implementing large-scale network solutions in a regulated or highly complex enterprise environmentStrong working knowledge of network protocols, security best practices, and infrastructure implementation standardsExperience with customer intake refinement, requirements grooming, and translating business requirements into technical solutionsProven ability to lead, mentor, and guide engineering teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentStrong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skillsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsActive Cisco certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)Experience working within financial services or similarly regulated industriesFamiliarity with network automation, infrastructure-as-code, or programmability conceptsExposure to capacity planning, performance optimization, and lifecycle management practicesAdvanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical disciplineJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
