Biomedical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Install, test, commission, and maintain imaging systems and medical equipment.

Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Conduct equipment inspections and prepare accurate service reports.

Provide technical assistance and equipment orientation to hospital personnel.

Coordinate with clients, principals, vendors, and internal support teams.

Monitor equipment performance, warranty concerns, spare parts, and service requirements.

Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and technical standards.

Travel to assigned hospitals, clinics, and project sites within Northern Mindanao. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.

At least two years of relevant experience in imaging systems, medical equipment servicing, or a healthcare/medical equipment company.

Experience in the installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical equipment.

Experience handling imaging modalities is highly preferred.

Licensed Electronics Engineer or Registered Electrical Engineer is an advantage.

Strong technical troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and client-service skills.

Willing to be assigned initially in Misamis Occidental.

Willing to travel regularly within Northern Mindanao through land, sea, or air transportation, as required. Area of Coverage

Possible future coverage: Ozamiz, Iligan, Cagayan de Oro, Marawi, Bukidnon, and other assigned Northern Mindanao areas Field Support

The position may be entitled to transportation or fuel, meal, representation, and communication allowances, subject to company policies.
