Clinical Manager

A leading health services organisation is seeking a Clinical Manager to join its dynamic team. The role involves managing all clinical operations and ensuring excellent service is delivered to patients.

Responsibilities:

Direct daily outpatient workflow, triage processes, and patient scheduling. Ensure delivery of evidence-based nursing care and handle escalated patient care issues.

Hire, onboard, schedule, and evaluate RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and Medical Assistants. Provide continuous professional coaching and manage conflict resolution.

Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission, and local healthcare regulations. Oversee infection control protocols and lead quality assurance audits.

Manage the nursing unit budget, monitor clinical supply inventory, and optimize staffing ratios to control overtime expenses.

Collaborate with physicians, administrative staff, and external healthcare providers to streamline patient care plans and clinic efficiency
