We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Pharmacy Manager to join a well-established community pharmacy in Whistler, BC. Position: Pharmacy Manager

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Hours: 40 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay: $80/hour

$20,000 Retention Bonus ($10,000 paid annually over 2 years)

3 Weeks Paid Vacation

Comprehensive Health & Benefits Package

Total Compensation Package: Approximately $180,000

Flexible Incorporation Option – Work through your corporation while receiving the same pay and benefits

Schedule

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Closed Sundays

Pharmacy Environment

Pharmacy System: Propel Rx

Approximately 180 prescriptions per day

4 Full-Time Pharmacy Assistants

3 days of pharmacist overlap each week

Fully staffed front store with a collaborative and experienced team

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.

Provide exceptional patient care through medication counseling and clinical services.

Ensure accurate dispensing and compliance with provincial regulations.

Mentor and support pharmacy staff while fostering a positive team culture.

Maintain high standards of workflow efficiency and customer service.

Build strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionals within the community.

Qualifications

Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Pharmacist in British Columbia.

Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience is considered a strong asset.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Passion for delivering outstanding patient care.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced community pharmacy environment.
