Java Developer With AWS Dev + Tester Experience -- C2C/W2
Location: Wilmington, DE Onsite
Duration: Long Term Contract
Requirements:
Java developer who can do testing as well.
Should have good experience in CI/CD, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
Good to have: SRE.
Nice to have: Selenium.
Experience: 12–15 years (Senior candidate).
Responsibilities:
Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites across UI, API, and integration layers to reduce manual regression effort, accelerate release cycles, and expand test coverage.
Framework & CI/CD Integration: Build and enhance scalable, reusable automation frameworks with data-driven capabilities, and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous, reliable execution.
Quality Reporting & Metrics: Create and maintain test reporting dashboards and quality metrics that provide stakeholders with actionable insights into coverage, defect trends, pass/fail rates, and release readiness.
Testing Policies & Standards: Define, document, and enforce testing policies, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and repeatability across teams.
