IT Manager - Data Administration & Web Content Technology

Key Responsibilities

- Application Development & Integration: Design, develop, and test a custom application to replace Dext, enabling direct receipt scanning and data synchronization with the company’s accounting system.

- Web & Digital Content Management: Develop, proofread, publish, and maintain the corporate website and digital platforms, including Facebook, WeChat, and Red Book .

- Time & Cost Analysis System: Implement a timesheet recording system to analyze service costs by client; train staff on system usage and best practices.

- CRM & Database Management: Build and maintain a centralized CRM database to track client assignments, compliance deadlines (payroll, VAT, company formation, pensions), monitor pending filings, and generate weekly status reports.

- Process Automation: Automate client onboarding workflows for AML/KYC compliance—replacing Figsflow—to manage engagement letters, identity verification, PEP checks, and adverse media screening.

- Infrastructure & Licensing Management: Oversee server operations including access control, backups, and maintenance; manage Microsoft and software licensing, and resolve technical issues for staff.

Qualification requirement : degree level

Experience: 3 years

Work location: Huddersfield

Work time: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00
