Production Supervisor- Agri-Feed

Job Description

* We are seeking an Agri-Feed Production Supervisor to lead feed manufacturing operations on our farm. Reporting to Director, you will oversee production operations, ensuring compliance with HACCP, feed safety standards, and DAFM requirements.

* You will supervise production team members, manage batch records and traceability systems, coordinate machinery operation and maintenance, and liaise with suppliers on logistics and supplies.

* The role also involves maintaining audit-ready documentation, driving continuous improvement, and supporting export logistics and international business development.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science, Food Science, or a closely related field.

* Experience in conducting feed safety audits, and managing regulatory inspections.

* In-depth understanding of quality management systems and industry-standard compliance protocols.

* Valid driver’s license required; tractor operating license highly preferred.

* Excellent organisational and communication skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, word and management systems
