Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, establishing clear treatment goals based on individual needs.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize diverse therapeutic techniques—such as exercise, stretching, manual therapy, and advanced modalities—to relieve pain and enhance mobility.

Regularly document patient progress, responses to treatment, and any modifications made to therapeutic goals and strategies, ensuring precise and effective patient care.

Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on proper rehabilitation practices, including the use of assistive devices that may support recovery and enhance daily living.

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute to holistic patient care and improve clinical outcomes through shared insights and strategies.

Stay abreast of advancements in the field by attending workshops, reading industry publications, and networking with other professionals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

Current licensing as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.

Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and basic computer operations.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive salary ranges between USD 100,000 and USD 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
