Atlantic Concrete Group FL LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman / Superintendent to oversee concrete restoration projects throughout South Florida.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and experienced in managing field crews and day-to-day construction operations. This position will be responsible for overseeing multiple active projects, coordinating manpower and materials, monitoring production, and ensuring work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule.

The ideal candidate has experience in concrete restoration, structural concrete repair, parking garage restoration, or a related construction field and is comfortable working directly with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, subcontractors, and field personnel.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate field crews on multiple active concrete restoration projects.

Plan and manage daily and weekly work activities.

Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and site access.

Perform regular site visits and monitor project progress and production.

Read and understand construction drawings, specifications, repair details, and project scopes.

Ensure crews are completing work according to project plans, specifications, and manufacturer requirements.

Communicate daily with project management regarding progress, manpower, materials, scheduling, and field conditions.

Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, inspectors, and other trades as required.

Identify field issues and communicate potential changes or additional work before proceeding.

Track completed quantities and assist with documentation of work performed.

Maintain quality control throughout each phase of work.

Ensure jobsites remain clean, organized, and professional.

Enforce company and project-specific safety requirements.

Assist with scheduling inspections and coordinating work with other trades.

Help keep projects on schedule and communicate any potential delays immediately.

Take progress photos and maintain accurate field documentation when required.

Travel between projects throughout South Florida as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Foreman, Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or similar construction field leadership position.

Concrete restoration or structural concrete repair experience strongly preferred.

Parking garage restoration experience is a plus.

Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.

Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field operations.

Ability to manage multiple crews and projects at the same time.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with field personnel, project managers, contractors, and inspectors.

Ability to identify problems in the field and work toward practical solutions.

Must be dependable and able to work independently.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Ability to travel throughout South Florida.

Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

Concrete restoration and structural repair

Partial and full-depth concrete repairs

Overhead and vertical concrete repairs

Parking garage restoration

Expansion joints and sealants

Traffic coatings and waterproofing

Crack repair and epoxy injection

Structural repairs

Concrete demolition and surface preparation

Rebar preparation and replacement

Forming and concrete placement

Reading repair drawings and identifying repair locations

Compensation & Benefits

$30.00–$40.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the field side of our projects. This person should be able to visit a project, understand what needs to be accomplished, coordinate the crews and resources necessary to complete the work, and communicate clearly with both management and the customer.

This is a hands-on field management position for someone who is comfortable being on active construction sites and wants the opportunity to grow with a concrete restoration company.
