Job Description
Oversee all onsite construction activities from mobilization through project completion
Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and daily field operations
Enforce safety, quality, and contract compliance on every project
Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, and inspectors
Track progress, maintain documentation, and proactively resolve field issues

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
3-7+ years of Superintendent or field leadership experience
Commercial construction experience including ground-up and renovation projects
Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control, and project sequencing
Detail-oriented leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills
