One of our top clients seeks an experienced and highly motivated individual capable of overseeing all office and bookkeeping functions at an Atlanta Law Firm. In this role, the successful candidate will work both independently and with the management team. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
5+ years of experience in Office Management, Accounting and bookkeeping functions
MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to wear multiple hats and work in a faced paced professional environment.
Attention to detail is a must.
Responsible for all aspects of data entry and maintenance of the QuickBooks accounting software system
Financial statement presentations.
Prepare and interpret financial analysis using QuickBooks and Excel
Complete accounts receivable data entry, invoice creation, collection, and reconciliation.
Provide Executive Assistant duties for the Partners in the Firm.
