This full-time position is based onsite at our outpatient office in Bakersfield. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting licensed Physical Therapists in conducting comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments with sensitivity and professionalism.

Modifying treatment plans and therapeutic exercise regimens as directed by the supervising therapist, ensuring that patient-centered goals are prioritized.

Instructing and supervising patients in executing their therapeutic exercises, fostering a supportive environment that encourages progress and independence.

Applying various modalities including heat, cold applications, and electrical stimulation to alleviate pain and enhance mobility while ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the process.
