Tutor

RCPS is accepting applications for Tutors to work on a temporary basis. Work schedules will vary depending on needs of the school, but will not exceed a total of 29 hours per week.

The hourly rate of pay is $35.00, and is $40.00 for individuals with an active Virginia teaching license.

Primary Responsibilities: To develop and implement an instructional program that will effectively provide the best possible education for each student.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, English, or Science

Possess effective reading, writing, and computation skills

Possess effective oral and written communication skills

Must have demonstrated the personal characteristics necessary for working effectively with students, teachers, and parents

Acceptance of flexible work schedule

Dependability and punctuality required
