Salary: $126,880 – $141,163 + Performance Bonus

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Chicago office and play a key role in leading client engagements, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality financial advisory services.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Associate, you will manage multiple client engagements while serving as a trusted advisor and mentor within the organization. Responsibilities include:
Managing multiple engagements across service lines, overseeing financial modeling, analysis, and research
Preparing client deliverables, including valuation reports, presentations, information memoranda, and marketing materials
Coaching, mentoring, and reviewing the work of interns, analysts, and associates
Leading client and partner meetings, presenting findings and explaining complex financial analyses
Managing document collection, retention, and engagement workflows
Supporting business development efforts through webinars, conferences, and thought leadership initiatives
Participating in internal projects and firm-wide initiatives that drive continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
1–2 years of experience as an Associate or in a similar financial advisory, valuation, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance role
Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and corporate finance principles
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders
Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree
Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA
Experience mentoring or leading junior team members
