We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at a family-friendly bowling and entertainment center.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, creating a fun atmosphere, and making sure every guest has a great experience. Our center offers bowling, arcade games, birthday parties, food, and entertainment for families, groups, and adults.Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude

Assist customers with bowling reservations, lane assignments, and check-ins

Answer questions about bowling, games, parties, food, and center activities

Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally

Operate the point-of-sale system and process payments accurately

Assist with birthday parties, group events, and special activities

Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Work closely with other team members to provide excellent guest service

Follow all company safety and customer-service policies

Assist with other duties around the center as neededQualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality

Reliable and dependable

Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment

Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Previous customer service, hospitality, restaurant, bowling, or entertainment experience is a plus, but not required
