Job Description

Support Project Managers with RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Assist with scheduling, cost tracking, and project documentation. Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams. Participate in site visits and project progress reviews. Engage in structured training and development programs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Engineer should have:

1+ year experience in construction project delivery

Exposure to healthcare, education, or industrial projects

Experience on $5M+ projects preferred

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (preferred)

Proactive, positive, and motivated to grow into leadership
