Litigation Associate Attorney (1–3 Years' Experience)

Varsanik Park, PLLC is a boutique law firm in Leesburg, Virginia, seeking a motivated litigation associate with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing practice.

Our firm represents individuals, fiduciaries, and businesses in a broad range of civil litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on fiduciary and trust litigation. We also advise and represent commercial clients in both transactional and litigation matters, providing associates with diverse and meaningful legal experience.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a seasoned attorney with more than 25 years of litigation experience in a collaborative mentoring environment while also developing and managing an independent caseload. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, takes initiative, and is committed to providing outstanding client service.

Qualifications

Licensed to practice law in Virginia.

1–3 years of litigation experience.

Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal research memoranda.

Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to building lasting client relationships.

Estate planning experience and/or trust and estate litigation experience is a plus.

Experience with discovery, motions practice, and appellate practice is preferred.

Position Details

Full-time (40 hours per week).

Flexible work schedule.

Hybrid work environment, with an office in Leesburg, Virginia, and the option to work remotely.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary commensurate with experience: $75,000–$110,000.

Client origination bonus opportunity.
