Mid-Coast Premier Remodeling is a premium construction and remodeling company serving homeowners across the Texas coastal bend. We specialize in high-end remodels and custom builds for long-time homeowners and waterfront properties, and we hold our crews to a higher standard of craftsmanship, communication, and reliability. As we grow, we're looking for an experienced foreman/superintendent to help lead that standard in the field.
Position Summary
The Foreman/Superintendent will run day-to-day operations on residential remodeling and custom construction job sites, supervising crews and subcontractors, keeping projects on schedule and on budget, and ensuring every job meets Mid-Coast Premier Remodeling's quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage people, solve problems in real time, and represent the company professionally with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily job site operations across one or more active remodeling/construction projects
Schedule, direct, and oversee in-house crew members and subcontractors
Read and work from plans, scopes of work, and specifications; ensure work matches approved scope
Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics with the office and suppliers
Maintain project schedules and proactively flag delays, change orders, or budget concerns
Enforce jobsite safety practices and company jobsite standards
Perform quality control walk-throughs; catch and correct issues before client walk-throughs
Communicate directly and professionally with clients on progress and timelines
Track daily progress, labor hours, and job costs; report to ownership regularly
Mentor and develop crew members; help build a stronger field team as the company grows
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in residential construction or remodeling, including 2+ years in a lead/foreman/supervisory role
Strong working knowledge of residential construction trades, sequencing, and building codes
Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors and keep jobs on schedule
Comfortable using basic project management tools/apps and communicating updates in writing
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to travel between coastal-bend job sites and transport materials.
Strong communication skills with clients, crew, and the office
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
