BG Staffing is currently seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team supporting multifamily communities in the Columbus, OH 43213 area. Location: Columbus, OH 43213

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Hours: 40 hours per week (schedule may vary based on community needs)

Employment Type: Full-TimeResponsibilities

Complete service requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner

Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs

Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues

Complete unit turns and prepare vacant apartments for new residents

Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections

Ensure grounds and common areas remain safe and well-maintained

Provide exceptional customer service to residents and property staffQualifications

Previous apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience required

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull maintenance equipment and materials as needed

Reliable, professional, and safety-consciousRequirements

Must have your own tools

Must have reliable transportation

Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
