customer Service Rep/ Insurance Agent

Job Summary

We are seeking Office Customer Service Reps/ Insurance Agent --join our Local Independent family-Owned firm. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, in a timely manner.

- Assist customers with paperwork and mailings .

- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information.

- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.

- Filing, setting up new files, emailing, correspondence.

- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.

- Maintain a professional demeanor while communicating with customers.

- paperwork database managment and general office work

NJ Insurance license will ultimately be required as we will teach you the business

Experience

- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.

- Proficiency in data entry and office software applications.

- Strong verbal communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates (especially Spanish) are highly desirable.

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.

- General Computer skills.

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this position.
