four (4) reliable and hardworking General
Farm Workers
to join our team. The successful candidates will work at various farm locations in
Calgary
and surrounding areas
. This is a
permanent, full-time, non-seasonal
position.

Job Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Planting, cultivating, irrigating and harvesting crops.
Preparing soil for planting and seeding.
Operating basic farm machinery, equipment and hand tools.
Loading, unloading and transporting farm products, supplies and materials.
Sorting, grading and packing agricultural products.
Cleaning and maintaining farm equipment, buildings and work areas.
Monitoring crops and reporting any concerns to the supervisor.
Assisting with general farm maintenance and upkeep.
Following workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
Performing other general farm labour duties as assigned.
Employment Requirements
Education:
No degree, certificate or diploma required.
Experience:
No experience required; training will be provided.
Language:
Minimum English.
Ability to perform physically demanding work.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Reliable, dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
