We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager to oversee and guide large-scale technology and planning projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, a strong understanding of software development life cycles, and the ability to provide credible, balanced leadership to technical teams.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• Certification: An active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is strictly required.

• Project Management Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience managing large-scale projects.

• Methodology Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of experience with a solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) models, alongside expert knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management principles.

• Technical Tools: A minimum of 5 years of proficiency using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project Server.

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership: 3+ years of experience effectively balancing business and technical backgrounds to provide highly credible leadership to technology teams.

Additional Requirements

• Candidates must be able to work onsite 2-3 days per week.

• Extended absences (greater than two weeks) must be approved by management in advance.

• Proof of active PMP certification must be provided for consideration.

Required / Desired Skills

• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) Required - 10 Years
