This is a federal contract - US citizenship is required 100% on-site - Chantilly VA Active, current, and fully adjudicated US Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility (TS/SCI) required Description of position / duties All Points is seeking a Top Secret Cleared Software Engineer - Mid Level to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Chantilly, VA. This position requires an active, current, and fully adjudicated U.S. Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility (TS/SCI). The selected candidate will support IT networks, systems, and mission applications across multiple secure enclaves. Work includes information systems operations, system and application development, modernization, and IT security. This team is responsible for the development, implementation, and operations/maintenance of new applications each fiscal year while sustaining legacy systems that thousands of FBI personnel rely on daily across the law enforcement, intelligence, legal, and administrative communities. Applications developed and supported in this environment require responsive, specialized technical expertise to ensure uptime, system integrity, and mission continuity. Duties may include but are not limited to:

Design, develop, test, and manage application development projects supporting IT infrastructure.

Integrate third-party components, introduce new custom capabilities, modify existing code, recommend process improvements, and automate O&M tasks.

Build, deploy, and support technical solutions including large-scale data processing, computationally intensive modeling, analytics, and visualization.

Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle: planning, requirements analysis, development, testing, delivery, and quality assurance.

Support technical reviews, architecture sessions, milestone planning, resource estimation, and development best-practice activities.

SAFe 6.0 Facilitation Support Contract PM & Agile Team Support Responsible for guidance and facilitation of SAFe Principles. Provide planning and management support across two Agile Release Trains (ARTs):

Enterprise search and increased data discoverability

Operational analysis, triage, visualization, enrichment, and analytics within Global Mission Analytics (GMA)

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.

Years of Experience

5-7 years of experience.

Skills / Certifications (Cleaned, consolidated, de-duplicated - no repeated items)

Experience with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk)

.NET, C#, JavaScript, Java

Python (required)

AWS (including AWS Solution Architecture & AWS OpenSearch)

Developing and maintaining components in AWS

ELK Stack, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Splunk, Cribl

Databricks and Lakehouse architecture
