About the Role:

Desert East Animal Hospital in El Paso, TX is looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic. If you love animals and people equally, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact every single day in a fast-paced, rewarding veterinary environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets with a warm, professional welcome upon arrival

Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and appointment requests

Schedule and confirm patient appointments using veterinary practice management software

Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate client billing records

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and waiting area

Communicate effectively between clients and veterinary staff regarding patient care updates

Manage client records, medical histories, and data entry with accuracyRequirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Prior receptionist, customer service, or front desk experience preferred

Experience in a veterinary or medical office setting is a plus

Proficiency with computers and scheduling software

Strong communication and multitasking skills in a busy environment

Compassionate, patient, and calm demeanor with both people and animals

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred for the El Paso communityAbout Us:
