Minimum Requirements: ●Knowledge of Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks (Mathematics) ●Bachelor’s Degree ●DESE MA certification or the ability to be certified in Mathematics (8-12) Ideal Candidate: ●Experience in high school math teaching ●Passion for teaching math ●Strong Math content knowledge ●Strong knowledge of the Standards for Mathematical Practice ●Knowledge about High School pedagogy and the developmental needs of students ●Ability to assess learning using a variety of methods ●Strong foundation in student-centered and culturally responsive pedagogy ●Knowledge of differentiated instruction and response to intervention ●Excellent classroom management skills ●SEI endorsement ●Ability to collaborate with teachers and administrators
