Job Description
We are seeking a full-time bookkeeper to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will handle data entry, bank reconciliations, payroll reporting, and financial statement preparation while maintaining client confidentiality and assisting with general administrative tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Tabs data entry (including checks, deposits, and payroll)
Bank reconciliation of escrow and operating accounts
General knowledge of payroll reporting and recording
Self-review to verify accuracy of entry and identify incomplete data
Prepare financial statements monthly and upon request
Prepare and send out client bills
Maintain client confidentiality
General administrative tasks

Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Comfortable with/experience in a paperless office environment
Willing and confident in ability to learn new software
Professional dress and demeanor
Desired Qualifications
Experience in Tabs, Microsoft Office, SoftPro, Adobe Acrobat, and/or document management software
Experience with preparing and reviewing financial statements
Good communication skills with clients and supervisors
Experience in an office environment, preferably accounting
