Sloopy's Diner is a classic American diner right on Ohio State's campus — burgers, breakfast all day, milkshakes, and a steady stream of students, faculty, and visitors. It's fast, it's loud, and it's a good time.

What you'll do

Greet and serve guests at the counter, register, or in the dining room

Take and ring up orders accurately and keep the line moving during rushes

Prep, cook, and plate diner staples on the grill and fryer line

Keep the front and back of house clean, stocked, and up to health-code standards

Pitch in wherever the shift needs you — this is a team where everybody covers everybody

What we're looking for

Reliable, on time, and ready to work when you're scheduled

Friendly with guests, even when it's slammed

Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 30 lbs

No experience required — we'll train you on everything

Must be at least 16 years old
