What You’ll Do

As a Desk Staff Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members and guests.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor (in-person, over the phone and via email).

- Assisting with check-ins and answering inquiries about the club’s services and facilities.

- Maintaining an organized and welcoming front desk area.

- Communicating effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.

- Providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall member experience.

We’re seeking candidates who:

- Are approachable, reliable, and enjoy working with people.

- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Are comfortable multitasking and staying calm under pressure.
