Bookkeeper

Description Maintain accurate general ledger and accounting records Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Prepare and post journal entries Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations Assist with month-end close and financial reporting Monitor cash activity and maintain accurate transaction records Assist with invoicing, collections, and payment processing Prepare and maintain financial spreadsheets and reports Research and resolve accounting discrepancies Provide support for audits and other accounting projects as needed Requirements We're looking for someone with: - 2+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience - Strong QuickBooks skills - Proficiency in Excel - Experience with reconciliations, AP/AR, journal entries & month-end close - Strong attention to detail and organization Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
