The Project Manager will be responsible for:

Provide project leadership and foster a proactive safety culture across all job sites.

Oversee fast-turnaround projects, primarily under $5M in value.

Manage the preparation and review of bid packages to secure competitive subcontractor proposals.

Lead job-site subcontractor meetings to ensure project objectives are achieved.

Review monthly invoices and maintain required documentation to ensure timely project funding.

Direct cost management, including contracts, purchase orders, and scope changes, to meet project goals.

Monitor the financial health of projects and maintain accurate project forecasts.

Represent the company in subcontract negotiations and related communications.

The Successful Project Manager Applicant will have:

2-5+ years of experience in small-scale commercial construction.

Thorough understanding of the construction process from pre-construction through closeout.

Proficient in reviewing and interpreting construction documents, including specifications and drawings.

Strong communication skills with management, subcontractors, architects, consultants, vendors, and clients.

Self-motivated and able to work directly with clients while managing multiple responsibilities.

Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and general project documentation.

Able to prioritize tasks and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

The Project Manager will receive:

Base Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 - based on experience
