Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a versatile and talented Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications. In this role, you will work across the entire software stack—from crafting intuitive, responsive user interfaces to architecting robust, secure backend services and databases. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build high-performance products that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development: Architect and build modern, responsive, and performant user interfaces using React, Vue.js, or Angular, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices.

Backend Development: Design and maintain scalable RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and microservices using modern server-side technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or Go).

Database Management: Structure, optimize, and maintain relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases for high performance and data integrity.

System Architecture & Cloud: Collaborate on cloud-native deployments (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes), and automated CI/CD workflows.

Quality & Performance: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code (unit, integration, and E2E testing). Conduct regular code reviews and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Collaboration: Partner with UI/UX designers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to translate product requirements into reliable software solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience building full-stack applications in production environments.

Frontend Mastery: Deep expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/Tailwind, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or Vue).

Backend Expertise: Strong proficiency in server-side development using Node.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), Java (Spring Boot), or equivalent frameworks.

Database Proficiency: Solid understanding of database design, query optimization, and ORM frameworks.

DevOps & Tooling: Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platform services.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical, debugging, and system design skills with a focus on code readability and performance.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with TypeScript across both frontend and backend systems.

Background working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.

Familiarity with web security best practices (OWASP) and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).
