About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Network Operations Supervisor to oversee mission-critical network infrastructure and manage a dedicated on-site engineering team. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted leadership role that blends deep technical network operations with team administration and project coordination. As a senior technical authority on site, you will ensure strict SLA compliance, drive infrastructure maintenance, and deputize leadership duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule, and lead comprehensive network maintenance activities, including firmware upgrades, bug fixes, configuration changes, and system testing.

- Proactively monitor enterprise network performance, analyze security logs, and review capacity utilization to guarantee optimal system health and resilience.

- Direct and mentor a team of on-site shift engineers, orchestrating rapid service recovery protocols and ensuring absolute compliance with stringent SLA requirements.

- Act as the primary on-site project coordinator, taking full ownership of team administration, HR workflows, roster scheduling, and leave management for the engineering staff.

- Manage the end-to-end workflow of Access Control List (ACL) review requests, overseeing the administrative processes and collaborating with the broader supervisory team on technical execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

- A minimum of 8 years of robust, hands-on experience in enterprise network support, infrastructure operations, and shift supervision.

- Active professional-level networking certifications, specifically CCNP or HCIP, are mandatory for this position.

- Expert-level credentials (e.g., CCIE or HCIE) or major vendor specialist certifications relevant to enterprise network environments will be considered a massive advantage.

- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a technical workforce in a high-pressure, SLA-driven environment.
