Job Description*:

Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery and platform development to ensure accurate visibility of IT infrastructure and configuration data across the organization.

#Key Responsibilities:

· Implement and support ServiceNow Discovery, including MID Server setup and maintenance

· Creation and solutioning in custom Flows, actions, Notifications, Scripting and ATF etc..,

· Manage and optimize Discovery schedules, credentials, probes, and sensors

· Ensure accurate identification, reconciliation, and classification of Configuration Items (CIs)

· Configure, manage, and enhance ServiceNow CMDB in alignment with CSDM (Common Service Data Model)

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Discovery, MID Servers, and CI data inconsistencies

· Collaborate with Incident, Change, and Problem Management teams to ensure CMDB alignment with ITIL processes

· Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs for CMDB and Discovery performance

#Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery and plat form development.

· Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture (MID Server, ECC Queue, probes/sensors)

· Required Hands on Experience in Flow designer, actions, Notifications, Scripting and ATF creation etc..,

· Knowledge of CSDM and ITIL framework

· Familiarity with cloud discovery (AWS, Azure, GCP)

· Scripting knowledge in JavaScript (ServiceNow), PowerShell, or Python

· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
