As a Recruiter at Build IT Consulting, you will play a crucial role in finding top talent to help our company achieve its goals. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a real impact on the success of our organization.

Daily Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding

Utilize HRIS and ATS systems to track and manage candidate information

Conduct new hire training and orientation programs

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies

Participate in performance management and resolution processes

150 B2B calls daily

Required Skills:

Experience in talent acquisition and staffing

Knowledge of employment law and regulations

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications

Experience with onboarding and new hire processes

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with acquisitions and business administration

Knowledge of payroll, auditing, and reimbursement processes

Experience with AI technology and strategy development

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $35,000.00

Maximum Salary: $225,000.00
