Design and conduct research of policy-relevant housing issues for OHFA
Work with the Office of Multifamily Housing on the Qualified Allocation Plan
Work with agency partners to prepare & publish research findings (e.g., statistical and narrative reports, policy briefs)
Use R Studio, Tableau, Stata, ArcGIS, Python to analyze data and prepare statistical and narrative reports

Item of Note:
This position will work from OHFA's offices which are located at 2600 Corporate Exchange Drive, Columbus, OH 43231.

Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Geography, City and Regional Planning, Data Analytics, Public Policy, or related field
2 classes or 6 months' work experience with at least one of the following: Tableau, Power BI, R, State, SAS, ESRI ArcGIS
2 classes or 6 months' work experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods
